I arrived July 3rd and departed July 5. Understandably staff was a little short due to the July 4 holiday, but Mindy at the front desk was friendly and found a room for me. She also texted me twice during my stay to ask if I was doing okay. I have never had staff check on me like that before! The location was perfect, in a residential/commercial area - about 2 blocks from loop 820, so not much noise or traffic, however, still very close to restaurants and shopping. The room was cozy with a seating area/sofa, queen size bed, and kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, storage space, dishwasher, and a few glass dishes, which were especially nice because I avoid using disposable serving stuff when possible. The lighting in my room was great! I prefer a well lit area and there were many lights/lamps in the room. I did not have time to use the workout room or the pool, but I did inspect both. The workout room was clean and well equipped. Two things about the pool stood out - it is not located next to a major highway (as so many are), and it had a privacy fence. It was very pleasant and relaxing! I don't have a dog, but noticed there is a dog park on the grounds. The breakfast was good, with several egg selections, biscuits, waffles, juices, milk, bananas, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. The coffee was exceptional! Here's a tip if you feel challenged (like I do) on I35 or Loop 820 in north Ft. Worth, I came in from Oklahoma and was going back to Oklahoma. Going in was a nightmare, so when I left, I traveled north on Hwy 377 to Hwy 114, then west to I35. It was so much easier!

The blackout shades were incredible! I’ve always struggled with rooms not being dark enough, but not this time 👍🏼The bed was so comfortable!

The room, value and later in location for grocery like Costco and Target, the hall was quite despite outr room location, receptionists were pleasant, love the oatmeal and it's condiments, love thw full size ref, microwave, dish washer, dinning plates and utensils

The day of checking in up until the day checking out…The staff was just awesome 😊Enjoyed the comfortable bed and everything in the room was at your reach as if we was home. Love this hotel
